From site visit to handover

Site visit and measurements
Your project manager visits the site, measures every opening and notes anything that affects the work, such as window guards, sills, alarms and lift access.

Shop drawings
We draw every opening to scale and send the drawings to your architect or facilities office. Nothing is ordered until they are approved.

Ordering
Once the drawings are approved, we order the glass, frames and hardware to the exact sizes and check each piece when it arrives.

Installation
Our own crew installs the frames and glass, with the project manager on site to oversee the work.

Inspection
We check every seal and every piece of hardware, make sure each frame is plumb and level, and leave every opening secure at the end of the day.

Punch list and handover
We walk the finished job with you, fix anything on the punch list, and hand the job over once you are satisfied.
